We are starting to put together serving teams for fall. The commitment is typically 1 weekend a month for the school year. If you are interested in volunteering, please let us know. You can email firstname.lastname@example.org or note it on your connect card this Sunday. We need people in all areas, set up/tear down, hospitality, communion prep, worship team, and kids ministry. It takes many hands to do what we do every week! Can you help out this coming year?
Every Tuesday night this summer we'll gather at Pastor Eric's house (37 Sago Palm Dr.) for some fun (Spikeball, ENO time, games, etc.) as well as some discussion on what we all read during the week.
Over the course of the summer our students will be reading through Mark, John and Acts. We even have booklets to help you keep up and journal your thoughts about each day's chapter. Come to the Summer Bible Study to pick up your copy or print you own at home. Read one chapter from the Bible and answer 3 simple questions about it.
- What was your favorite verse?
- Why do you think it stood out to you?
- What questions do you have about what happened in the chapter.
Come join us!! It's gonna be amazing!!
Don't forget to download our app before you hit the road this summer. This will help you stay in the loop with sermons, events, and giving while you are gone!
Are you a musician? Can you serve on our Worship team? If you are interested in finding out more, contact Pastor Kevin.
Did you know???
School supplies can cost as much as $200 per child.
1 out of 5 children may not have access to basic school supplies because of their family's economic circumstances.
According to Kidsinneedfoundation.org, children without schools supplies have lower attendance rates, are more likely to do poorly in school, and eventually drop out.
This is where you can help! Even child deserves to start the school year with the tools needed to help them be successful! The month of July, you can bring in any of the above items for Bluffton Self Help. They will ensure they are given to those in need. #recklessgenerosity, #palmopentogive
