The first 2 words of our mission statement are Love God. How do we do this? By worship! Join us on February 11th, at 6:00pm, at BSOD, for an evening of praise and worship. Families are encouraged to come and worship together. Child care is available for infants and toddlers. This is a great opportunity to invite friends and neighbors to come and check us out. You know, the second & third parts of the mission statement... Love people, Bring the two together!
If you are ready to take the next step in your faith and be baptized, we would love to celebrate with you! You can schedule a meeting with one of pastors to talk about baptism and ask any questions you may have. Our next baptism Sunday is February 11th, after the 3rd service.
If you are ready to own the mission of Live Oak, this is the place to start. Pastor Eric will lead the Launch class on Tuesday, February 13th, at 7:00pm, at the Ministry Center. He will go through our history, beliefs, mission, and vision. You will also learn how to get connected through house church, Bible studies, and volunteering. Be sure to register!

Training will be on Saturday, February 17th, from 9:00am - Noon, at the Ministry Center. Come and learn what it means to serve at Live Oak. We will cover the different types of volunteers, what is required to volunteer, and how you can get involved. Please register below.
Work as Worship Retreat
Join other Christian business owners, CEOs & leaders who want their faith to impact their work. Live Oak is hosting a video simulcast of the Work as Worship retreat on February 23rd at the Ministry Center. The retreat starts promptly at 8:30am and will last until approximately 3:30pm. Lunch is included. The cost is $25 per person. If you are a small business owner this is a great opportunity to listen and learn from some of the leaders in business how to tie faith into work. Speakers include Matt Chandeler, Anne Beiler, and Kelly Shackelford, among others. If you know a small business owner, encourage them to attend as well. Registration is required.
Snowbird Summer Camp
Live Oak students (middle school & high school) will once again attend Snowbird June 11-16, 2018! Summer Camp at Snowbird is all about pointing students to the Gospel. Offering nearly two-dozen recreation options, we are committed to high-adventure recreation. More than that, we are committed to Gospel-centered discipleship. Our summer camps host worship services twice per day, engaging students through song, expositional preaching, drama and video, in addition to daily breakout sessions that cover a wide range of relevant topics, from apologetics and missions to relationships and Bible doctrine. Each day concludes with small group sessions, allowing our staff to engage students in personal relationships and encouraging youth groups to grow as a community.
A $50 deposit is required to complete the registration process and secure a spot for this trip. Space is limited, so please register early! Total cost of the trip is $475 per person.
